The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is British Columbia’s economic immigration program. It allows the province to nominate some workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs for permanent residence based on B.C. labour market needs. If you receive a nomination, you then apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
