Questions

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to provide?

At checkout you answer a short profile form (about 5 minutes): age, education, language test results, work experience, family and your goals. We never ask for your SIN, passport number or bank login.

When and how will I receive my report?

As a PDF sent to the email address you use at checkout, within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived, or email info@canadianow.com.

Is this legal or immigration advice?

No. It's an informational report that organizes official requirements against your profile. For advice on your specific case, consult a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer.

Can the report guarantee I'll get PR?

No one can. The report shows which requirements you appear to meet, what's missing and what to verify. Programs, draws and cut-offs change, and IRCC and the provinces make all decisions.

What happens to my personal information?

It's used only to prepare your report and answer your questions, and it isn't sold or shared with third parties. You can ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars and charged once; there is no subscription.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Email info@canadianow.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Our terms of service explain how refunds are handled.
