Why This Number Might Be Lower Than Your Real CRS Score
The biggest gap between this estimate and your actual score is the skill-transferability factors — up to 100 additional points awarded when your education, foreign work experience, or trade certification combine with a strong language score or Canadian work experience. A candidate with a bachelor’s degree, CLB 9 in English, and three years of foreign work experience, for example, can pick up 25–50 extra points from these combinations alone, points this simplified estimator doesn’t calculate. What Actually Moves the Number Fastest
