Do work permit holders have the same pay rights?

Yes. Employment standards, including minimum wage, overtime, stat holiday pay and vacation pay, apply to every employee, whatever their immigration status.

Each province sets its own rules, and federally regulated workplaces such as banks, airlines and telecoms follow the Canada Labour Code. If your pay looks wrong, compare it with the tools above, then raise it with your employer or your province’s employment standards office.
