These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of canadianow.com (the “Website”), operated by Canadianow (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1) What Canadianow is (and is not)

Canadianow provides general informational content about Canada and immigration-related topics.

Not legal advice. The Website and any downloadable materials, newsletters, videos, and reports are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
No consultant-client relationship. Your use of the Website does not create a solicitor-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship.
No guarantees. Immigration laws and policies change. Outcomes depend on your facts and government decisions. We do not guarantee eligibility, approvals, processing times, or results.

You should always confirm details with official sources (e.g., IRCC) and/or a licensed professional where appropriate.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Website will not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.


12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canadianow from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
